WHAT IS BIOPOLYMER? Biopolymer HDPE and PET materials are produced using ethanol from the waste of sugarcane as opposed to conventional HDPE and PET which traditionally contain fossil based raw materials such as oil or natural gas.
The renewable sugarcane captures CO2 from the atmosphere, helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Unlike regular biopolymers, which can't be recycled without damaging the recycling chain. Our Biopolymers are totally recyclable and provide a genuine direct replacement for standard HDPE and PET - perfect for a truly sustainable packaging solution

DELIVERY
Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £50
Standard UK Delivery under £50 is just £4.50
Where we can, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days and typically UK orders arrive within 3-5 working days.
Please note: Any orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed on Monday.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm this with a tracking number.
International Delivery
Delivery to countries outside of the UK within the EU regions costs £15.00 and can take up to 10 working days.
Customs Charges, Fees & Delays
Please note, whilst we do not anticipate there being any fees, any charges made on importing products to your country are your responsibility and will not be paid by us. Also any delays to your delivery caused by customs offices are beyond our control and we are not liable for for any costs or goodwill gestures if delays should occur.
RETURNS
If you wish to return your purchase, please let us know within 30 days via [email protected].
While we try our best to provide you with superb products and service, we do accept that sometimes things may not go exactly to plan, and while you are under no obligation whatsoever to do so, we would be grateful if you would please let us know the reason for the return as this will enable us to learn, adapt and improve.
Thank you for ordering from us and our sincere apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment we may have inadvertently caused you. We will do our utmost to ensure we do not do so again.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us in the first instance and we will advise the best way to do this, as well as arranging a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. This delivery charge is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your initial delivery will be refunded back to you with the cost of the goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you have an issue with your subscription or would like to make a change to it, please contact Mo on 07815 191950.
Alternatively, should you wish to cancel your monthly candle subscription, please let us know via email at [email protected]. Upon cancellation you will be notified via email.
